Mrs. Murphy's African Presentation

On April 1st and April 2nd of 2008, our 3rd graders were visited by Mrs. Green's friend, Barbara Murphy.  On the first day, Mrs. Murphy was dressed in a coat with a zebra design, jeweled with a beautiful necklace made of porcupine quills. She  entertained the students with many tales of her African visit to an animal sanctuary earlier this year.  She also brought many African artifacts the children enjoyed touching and viewing.  She  returned the next day with a slide show of her adventure.  Below are some photos and short movie demonstrating the enthusiasm of questioning our visitor:
